CityScape 3000 was created using Microsoft Frontpage 97 for the layout, and notepad for additions and maintainance. All graphics were either created or edited with Corel Photo-Paint 7. Scripts other than HTML were taken from other sites, mentioned in comments.

I began building this site a couple of days after purchasing SimCity 3000, on February 1st. CityScape 3000 replaces a site built in early 1998 which I have long since abandoned. I will try to keep this site as up to date as possible.
